Exercise, count calories, watch what I eat... Help I'm Gaining WT instead of Loosing. Why?

  • How many calories are you eating each day, what kinds of foods are you eating, what and how much exercise?

  • Are you losing any inches? Remember, you do have to eat enough calories to sustain the amount of exercise.

  • You could not be eating enough, or exercising too little or too much, gaining muscle, etc etc. If you don't eat enough your body goes into starvation mode!

  • i walk 1+ mile a day. Gradually during the mile I walk faster and faster. My pulse goes upto 140 beats per mint. My diet consists of Grape fruit, grape fruit juice, low fat cereal w/ lots of fiber, and salads....

  • You need more calories. And make sure you get a healthy lean protein and some oil, dairy, lots of water.

  • losing weight is a matter of keeping your metabolism pumped up and not limiting your calories so much that your body goes into "starvation mode" and makes your metabolism slow down so that your body drsn'r burn any calories. Eat small healthy meals and snacks with all the food groups.
