What stores have layaway?

I haven't been out to shop yet for Christmas, but I was wondering if you could tell me what stores have lay away. Thanks ladies! :)

  • i went to the elayaway.com site and it was rediculously expensive for the things that I wanted to buy. (They had a StarWars store, but I could get something at Target for $100 but on the site it's $999.00 online.) Can't afford that, even if it is layaway! :( Thanks for the referal though! :)

  • K-mart is the only one that I know of...... Shopko used to many years ago - but now they will only "hold" something for maybe 24hrs or so. I don't know about the big department stores, since most of them have their own store credit cards now.

  • Im in WI and only k-mart (which was a genious idea on their part) I guess stores got rid of layaway because of the easily accessible credit. Most people were using credit cards instead... look where that got us ;)
