how to avoid food cravings when quitting smoking?

Last time I tried to quit, which lasted almost 1 week, I replaced my cravings with frequent visits to the kitchen. Well I bought some nicotine gum in hopes it will help me a bit...I'm also trying to lose some weight so I really dont want to binge eat lol

  • THE nicorette lozenges helped me more than the gum !!!! sugar free life savers also - tons of cut up fruit-

  • chew gum or suck on sugar free candy. It helps with that oral fixation
