  • I used to say no, but I do regret not telling my son that I loved him enough times before he died. I regret not going back in his room after I stuck my head in to ask if he was going to eat supper. I regret that he was alone when he died because I was busy fixing supper. He was tired after dialysis and wanted to sleep until supper, like usual. I regret yelling at him earlier that day about eating all of his poptarts or he wouldn't have any for the rest of the week. He was 22 when he died of complications associated with terminal kidney failure.

  • Nope. I don't see the point in having regrets because you can't change the past anyway. You just have to learn from your experiences.

  • No, it's because of my past is why I'm here today. Sure sometimes I wish I didn't miscarry my first daughter but things happen for a reason. I will never regret my past. My past makes me stronger and makes me think twice before I do things

  • I'm supposed to be honest?  It's not regret. It's that I should have done things differently.  I know I can't change the past - can't go back.  But, nothing has turned out the way I imagined.   My fault, the fault of other family members-doesn't matter.    Some days I feel like I'm just here passing time.
