  • I meditate daily.

    Meditation is not only part of my health maintenance routine in regards to dealing with stress and keeping a clear mind. It is also a deeply rooted part of my religious beliefs (and my husband's as well).

  • I do whenever I can. Stretch out on the bed, close my eyes and picture the beach. Slow the tide down to match my breathing; eventually let the tide carry out the stress and bring back calm and relaxation. I usually have a fan blowing on me for the sea breeze.
