What are some ideas for relief of back pain?

  • Get a dish towel damp and throw it in the microwave for about 1 min. Then lay down and lay it on your back. Its just a home made heating pad....i do it because i dont have the money for one. Do you know why your back hurts to begin with?

  • I am 23 almost 24 weeks pregnant so thats the cause of the back pain

  • Don't stay immobile for long, it gives your back time to tighten up. Just get up every half hour during the day and move around for a few minutes to keep the muscles loose.

  • Heating pad or you can fill an old sock with rice and microwave it for about a minute
    Keep a small towel or pillow on the small of your back when you are sitting
    Stretch/they have pregnancy yoga videos, just ask your doctor
    Icy hot
    Warm baths

  • Get on your hands and knees and rock back and forth. Join a yoga class.

  • i am not sure if your hospital in ur area offers a prenatal yoga class, but u should ask n try that or c what ur doctor suggest
