  • Celery, hummus with some carrot sticks, or if I'm starving some steamed/roasted chicken (without the skin).

  • A big bowl of steamed veggies seasoned with Mrs. Dash, or (plain) popcorn with salsa are my favorites.

  • Whole wheat crackers (try Ak Mak) with hummus, Greek yogurt (plain) with LF granola and berries, veggies, Kashi bars (less sugar than most granola bars), fruit... The possibilities are endless!
    Have you ever heard of Clean Eating magazine? I subscribe to it, and I get all kinds of great ideas. Oxygen, too. They also encourage eating clean.

  • cut up celery into tiny strips and dip them into a weightwatcher cream cheese usually held me over for a bit!

  • Sliced green, red, and yellow peppers. They keep well in a ziplock bag and are satisfying
