If you have bad knees what type of exercise can you do to lose weight?

  • water exercises such as water aroebics as well as swimming are the best form of exercise when you have bad knees, Walking is good too, You may also want to look into yoga and possibly Tai Chi

  • walk or swim i do not have bad knees but I know people who do and they swim or walk.

  • i have bad Knees anad I do water exercises,find a place that has a indoor swimming pool. GOOD LUCK

  • Swimming, cycling, walking, and weight training are all good, and will really get you fit if you're consistent.

  • water aerobics or swimming, it is the BEST form of exercise and sooo good for your knees, back, neck etc.

  • Swim. I have joint problems...especially with my hips. I've been swimming here lately and it works wonderfully.
