Mine son is 16 months. He has a pretty decent size appetite. The doctor says he has a high metabolism because he is only in the 10th percentile for his weight. ANYWAYS....
Breakfast (about 8 am)- 1 egg, 1/2 piece of wheat toast with a little real butter (not margine AKA chemical spread) and fruit preserves, and some strawberries.
Morning Snack( about 10am)- 1 cheese stick and some apple slices
Lunch (about 12:30pm) - Grilled Chicken Chunks, steamed green beans, manderine oranges and 1/2 whole grain role
Afternoon Snack (About 3pm)- Veggie sticks (carrots, cellary, squash, etc.) with light ranch dip
Dinner (6pm)- Salmon and Veggie patties (salmon, shredded zukinni, whole wheat bread crumbs, lemon juice and parsley cooked in a little bit of olive oil), salad (shredded very small so he doesn't choke) with vingrette dressing,
Desert (maybe 2 times a week)- strawberries with chocolate yogurt dip
