  • We always did bedtime at 7:30 and I would rather have them go to bed then and not take a nap if needed then the later time with a nap.

  • my ds goes to bed about 7:30- 8:00 he gets up at about 6:30 in the morning then takes a nap from 8am until around 10:30, then takes a nap from about 11:30 til 12:30 then no more naps after that

  • My son goes to bed at about 7:30 as well. I will admit, he is a good sleeper. He still takes two naps a day and they are of about and hour and a half each.
you could try to lay him down 10 minutes earlier each day for his nap until he is going down at the time you want, then wake him up at a set time so he is tired at the bed time you want.

  • my 17 month old goes to bed between 10 - 12:30 and when he was 15 months, there was alot of times he was up until 1-2 am, i think because he was teething.

  • Try eliminating his nap all together. And wearing him out with active play during the day.
My son (2) goes to bed at 9-9:30.
My Daughter (1) goes to bed at 8-8:30.

If they're having a rough patch sleeping through the night then I kick back bedtime by an hour. That helps and they go back to their normal routine without trouble.

  • My daughter is 16 months, takes a nap between 12 and 2 and goes to bed every night (give or take) at 7pm.

  • My 14 month old is a great sleeper. He takes a nap from 12 - 3 and goes to bed at 7:30 then sleeps until 7:30/8:30 the next morning. He does this every day. We've been lucky that I've been able to stay home with him so I can put him on this schedule, babies and kids too like and need routines and schedules...or so I believe anyway :)
