when u about to ovulate do you suppose to cramp on your left side because im cramping bad tonight....

  • I have that every month right before my period on either left or right side. I read its normal, part of the cycle process. Sometimes though I think its a blockage in the intestines or gas pain. A few times its been bad enough that I swore it was my appendix.

  • It could be ovulation. Mine only lasts for about 3-4 hours only on one side and its a sharp cramp with some pressure! I was told by the OB that the most painful ovulation cramps are when we are the most fertile.

  • You should ovulate on the left one month and then the right the next month, alternating back and forth.

  • I was always having really bad pains on the left side... come to find out it was Ovarian Cysts :( They hurt!!!
