  • This is why sex education and birth control are so important. Also why abortion is a necessary evil. A child this young should never have been permitted to go through a pregnancy. It will adversely affect her long term health and is very sad.

  • I read that the other day I thought it was crazy. Girls giving birth just keeps getting younger and younger now a days.

  • I wonder if they have questioned the 'potential' father. I mean does no one else find it a little odd that two kids under 13 were having consistentual sex? I dunno sounds weird, like part of the story is missing or someone is trying to cover something up... I suppose I could be wrong it just sounds odd to me.

  • It did however state that her family is not from spain and in their "country" this is not uncommon. We need to realize that different countries do things that the "U.S." finds wrong however they have been doing it that way for centuries and is considered norm! I read it and thought eh...their country & their beliefs not mine...
