  • There's Mexican - tacos, quesadillas, burritos,
    black bean burgers
Italian - manicotti, chicken parmesean, fettuccine alfredo,
Soups & Stews- homemade chicken noodle, minestone soup, brunswick stew, chicken stew, chicken and dumplings, tomato bisque (just wisk in cream cheese to your tomato soup, either canned or homemade)... HTH...

  • Pasta and chicken/pork idea--Brown pork chops, add 1 can of diced tomatoes, one can of tomato sauce, two tbsp chopped parsley and basil, garlic and simmer for about 30 minutes. Use about a half cup of pasta water to thin the sauce. Serve over fettucini with grated parmesan and mozzarella. You can wrap a piece of ham around a chicken breast, secure with a toothpick and follow the same type of recipe for the sauce and serve over penne. Sometimes I add mushrooms. A tiny splash of balsamic vinegar to the sauce will give it a little twist. I have more, but those two are very popular in my house.
