Do you have a goal jean size?

if so how are you getting to that goal? And what size do you want to be in, what size now?

me--I haven't ate any fast food, I stopped cooking with salt, less sugar and more protein. Not a strict diet, but healthier. I now walk to work(30 min walk) and take my son on walks around the neighborhood.

My current size is 12, my goal is 8.

share please, maybe I can try some new things.

  • Mine is a 12 and wouldn't hurt my feelings to be in a 10. But if I stay a 12 that will be okay. I guess my real goal is just not to go up in size.

    I would like to be between 4&6

    I eat healthy and walk to campus....and walk to almost anywhere that's less than a mile away. I've been losing weight in my belly (which is awesome cause I have that after pregnancy belly, the kind that doesn't go back to normal because of loose skin :(

  • I'm a 22/24, I have a goal of a 16/18 then my ultimate goal would be a 9/10 if that is still possible LOL but a 12 would be great also!!

  • I am currently a size 14/15. My goal size is a 8/9. I have been working alot more and also eating healthier. Especially eating more grains/fruits/veggies. I love the food, its just the exercise that im struggling with. Its mostly indoor now that its getting chilly out.

  • I go between a 12 and 14 but would like to be at a 8 or 9. I limit fast food, have started to snack on carrots and pretzels, limit salt and sugar. Now, I just need to exercise.

  • Currently can wear any where from a 6-9 depending on the jeans. My goal would be my pregrenancy sz 5. I am getting there and would get there faster if I exercised a little more. I just stopped eating at night. I have noticed my pants are fitting a bit baggier .
