  • tv, computer, or i know it sounds wierd but holding my daughter while she is sleeping.. she is so peaceful and quiet (unlike when she is awake) that it makes me sleepy

  • Watch E! or play Wii or irritate my Husband so he'll rub my back and I can fall right asleep! But usually I'm stuck out on the couch watching TV =0)

  • If my husband is home and willing, if he plays with my hair or rubs my back, I can fall asleep pretty easily. But if not, I watch Fight Club. Maybe it's Edward Norton's character dealing with insomnia that makes me feel like I don't have it so bad!
