I can feel my daughter breathe in her lungs, what sup

it feels raspy in there, she's had a cold (what i thought was just teething) should i take her in?

  • She might have bronchitis. I would call the office in the morning and see if they recommend urgent care, the er or waiting until Monday. Of course if she begins to gasp for breath, go in immediately.

  • It depends on how long ago she had the cold. If it was just a few days ago then there is nothing to worry about jsut make sure she stays active to prevent a respitory infection. Make sure she stays hydrated and try to stay away from milk and juice for a few days to prevent mucus build up.

  • If you can "feel" her breathe and is is raspy..she needs to see a Dr. Avoid dairy for a few days and push clear fluids.
