I need a recipe for Gluten Free, dairy Free, Nut free YUMMY cake/Cupcakes...

This Thanksgiving I am baking cupcakes for my Grandma's house. My Aunt and one of my cousin's kids Cannot have dairy. My cousins kids can also not have gluten or Nuts. I have been searching the internet and cannot seem to find any flavors that sound very good...especially for kids.
Any good recipes or websites will be greatly appreciated!

  • Use any recipie from any cookbook, just use substitutes like: Flour substitutes: Gluten free flour, tapioca flour, rice flour, etc. Egg substitutes: veganaise (the ones made from grapeseed oil or canola oil...) use 2 TBS per egg Milk substitute: use rice milk or even just water.... just check on the back and make sure that the things are not milled in the same place as peanuts.... or other nuts...

  • I'm not sure where you live, but in Downtown Birmingham, MI there is a bakery that makes Gluten Free cupcakes. My oldest niece has a problem with Gluten too.

  • There is a blog in the blogosphere called melomeals, I believe, she does vegan cooking for 3.33 a day......she is a self-taught vegan chef who eats gluten-free herself.....she is very helpful when asked questions......every recipe I have tried of hers is delicious....google her and she may be able to help you with something yummy...
