Silly question...Smoke free home or not smoke free home?

I smoke ,but NEVER ever inside my home.I grab a jacket and sit outside and smoke..come back in and hang the coat and go wash my hands.So I am selling a crib and didnt know how to answer..Smoke free or not smoke free lol...

  • if you don't smoke anywhere around the crib I would say smoke free home- not to be mean, but I would ask some non-smoking friends if it smells like smoke at all just to be sure.

  • I would go even further and ask a non-smoking friend to take the bedding completely out of the house and see if it smells like smoke. Sometimes I don't smell anything if I'm at a smoker's house who doesn't smoke in their house, but when I get home, I can smell it all over myself. Same goes for when we washed clothes at my sister-in-law's house (who smokes, but not in the house); the just-washed clothes all smelled faintly like smoke when we got them home.

    I would probably list it as not smoke free, and then clarify in the listing that you never smoked in the house.

  • I smoke but I smoke in the wood shed it is away from the house so smoke free for me and so is our car.
