Im confused, is "bumping" a question a good or a bad thing?

  • It's good. Someone thinks you asked a good question, that more people should see. Or, it's a question that someone can't answer, but thinks others should give it a try.  And, there are credits associated with it.

  • Oh I am glad that I decided to answer this question. I was just going to say that it was a good thing because it shows that people are interested in your question and want more people to read it. But I guess in this question and answer section, it gives both parties more points. Wow... I didnt know.
