  • Turkey and Ham, and the best thing about is I don't have to make it, because I get it from honeybaked hams....... now the rest of the side dishes are mine!!!!

  • I don't eat pork. We have Thanksgiving at my dad's house and he always makes turkey. We have Xmas Eve at my house and my husband makes lasagna. We go out on Xmas day.

  • You know what looks interesting is the deepfried turkeys I've seen on the foodnetwork in the past where it's crisp on the outside and moist on the inside and the turkey takes no time at all to cook. However, I probably will do it the traditional way with the stuffing inside. I would do a barbecue rub on my turkey but that would be straying from the traditional Thanksgiving and that would cause an upset here.

  • Both for Thanksgiving, prime rib for Christmas. The turkey I brine for 24 hours then baste with wine and butter, the ham I buy from Honeybaked :)

    I inject the turkey with chicken broth, and put it in a cooking bag.
