Whats for dinner tonight ? anyone making anything new ?

im going to make crepes, sausage , english muffins, eggs, and maybe grits

  • I'm making ground pork burgers with some of the Jack Daniels barbecue sauce. And some french fries I made myself. I've never made ground pork burgers before but it will be a great change from the beef ones.

  • Mashed cauliflower...it's amazing. Boil and mash it like you would potatoes but add cheese and serve it like that or put it in a pan and bake it for about 15 minutes. Pull it out and cut it into squares like brownies. Tell the kids it's another "mashed potatoes" recipe and they'll never be the wiser.
