If your child has had tubes in their ears and had to have patches put on...

How long do you have to make sure you have ear plugs in for bathtime?

She has those patches that are like rice paper and will disolve if water his them, but I can't recall if the doctor said it was okay not to have plugs after 2 weeks or 4 and the office is closed right now and I'm out of ear plugs (the soft puddy type stuff you can put on their ear but not in the canal).

I'm too far away from a store to go buy more and my daughter needs her hair washed BAD! (Lol, the joys of an active three year old.)

  • Do you have any cotton balls? Can you ly her on the kitchen counter and wash it in the sink being extra careful to avoid water in the ears?

  • I do have cotton balls, but not really sure how to get them to stay in.
