How long after you quit birth control can u get prengant?

  • Varies by birth control. If you're talking about the pill, you can start trying the month you get off, but it may not happen right away.

  • Almost immediately it just depends on your body. I always get pregnant within the first month of stopping the pill.

  • depends on which type. On most pill cases it'll tell you you can get pregnant the day you miss a pill, so I guess you can start trying immediately.

    I was on depo and got pregnant 3 mos after my last shot was due.

  • it can take a while.. but it didnt for me! with my 2nd i got pregnant the month after i got off my birth control!

  • I conceived 2 weeks after I stopped taking mine.

  • I've seen people concieve the next month and some not for a few months. It does vary depending on the person and BC type. Good luck!
