When you're about to lose your mind

What do you do that helps? For me, it's got to be either exercise (either the gym or a run) or meditating. I needed both today!!

  • if i can leave, i go for a drive to clear my head. if i can't leave, i usually get some dirt-digging/weeding/potting-time in. or clean house like a mad hazel on crack. all the while, talking to myself, and cussing someone.

  • Well becuase 90% of the time I am home with the kids I have to go to my room and just breath or maybe scream into the pillow. Then when hubby gets home I can take some me time to just do something for me which I like relaxing in the bath tub.

  • go for a drive, go in the bathroom and cry into a towel, power clean, if it is summer then go out and pick raspberries ( we have tons of raspberry bushes ) maybe go into the garage and throw things around
