Photo shoot dealing with nudes? adult content

I take lots of photos even some with semi nude models. But seeing a full on breast staring me in the face just makes me shy. I dont know what the deal is. I guess it also comes from being fairly modest and being taught modest values as far as "dont look Im dressing" I agreed to shoot a "suicide girls" audition pics for a friend but little did i know what would be asked of me. I dont know this friend too well and I dont want to be embarassed infront of her but I know I will be blushing profusely. How can I get over this? I know seems so immature but seriously I dont want her to think Im staring or anything when im analyzing how she is posing for the photo.

  • think about how the romans felt when they had to have models pose for hours just so they can make a marbel statue. Perhaps thinking of them as if they we statues or peices of art could help. I get shy too, but as a fellow artist sometimes its better to laugh at yourself behind the scenes to get it all out and excuse yourself when needed. I know how you feel, when i was in school having an older male nude model was not what any girl ever wanted to keep staring at to draw. It's hard to keep focused just try and be proud of what you might actually produce. Good Luck
