what is the first thing you do when you want

to lose weight? how do you get started?

  • well starting with a question is first step i think lolll
    you have to control what your' eating during day (Quantity and Quality )
    work-out you can start with walking 30mn /day and after 40 mn and 1H after, and when you boddy could do hard start running or go to Gym

  • I started eating clean, going to the gym regularly, and running. So far, I'm down almost 25 lbs.

  • i'm pregnant.. no dieting for me just healthier eating.

    i remember when i first started losing wieght a couple of years back the first thing i did was watch videos of people who lost weight. so motivating. after that i started reading articles on wieght loss.. then i started getting all kinds of online subscriptions and magazines to keep up with everything. i pretty much go obsessed.

  • Don't drink sugary soda (or sweet tea) and portion control - I lost 55 pounds this way - and I've kept it off for over 6 years. I rarely eat desserts and I do take a walk every now and then. I keep myself busy so I don't think about food. Good Luck!
