Tell me?

My kids, when they where young. Never woke up at the same time every day. They might get up early or later. Never the same time. But They always went to bed at the same time. Was that just my kids? I never expected them to sleep from __ to __ every night.
What about your kid/s?

  • My kids never did either unless I woke them up for school at the same time they just woke up on their own. Sometimes I think it depends on how tired they are from what they have done the day before like playing too hard or learning too much can wear on a persons brain

  • There is some variability with my boys, but they usually sleep the same number of hours in a night (plus or minus 30-45 minutes or so). Their activity level or whether or not their growing or sick will cause fluctuations, but I've never noticed a really huge swing.

  • I think is just varies. It did with mine, just depended on what their day had been like. Then after they started school, they got in the habit of waking up at the same time,

  • Mine are pretty consistant. My DD sleeps from 8 to 6:30 or 7 every night and my DS sleeps from 7:30 to 6:30 or 7 every night. That is just what they do. If I were in your spot, I don't think I would mind the different waking time every day... the bedtime is the sticker for me!
