  • My kids love these, and love to help make them. You can also use taco meat for them.
    Barbeque Cups
1 lb. ground beef, pork or turkey
    1 bottle barbeque sauce
    2 cans refrigerator biscuits
    Shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, drain. Return to pan and add sauce, heat through. Flatten each biscuit out and place in muffin tins, to form a cup. Spoon beef mixture into each cup. Cook about 10 minutes (check biscuit can for oven temperature, and reduce by 25 degrees). Remove from oven and add cheese. Return to oven for a couple more minutes, just to melt cheese.

  • It's funny to me but the ones my mom passed down to me are my children's favorites.

Hot Dish...mixed veggies, browned hamburger meat, season salt, ketchup/bbq sauce then I make up mashed potatoes my way and put on top to bake.

Home iad Hamburger Helper-pasta, hamburger, cream mushroom soup, mushrooms, milk, season salt

Tator tot casserole-Green beens, cream mushroom soup, Hamburger, tator tots, season salt

I will use Turkey burger sometimes to get a different meat in to the pan.
