What product do you use right before you straight iron your hair?

  • if you have really dry hair than you need to get some paul mitchell super skinny serum they have a whole line for this shampoo, conditioner, and the serum. the serum is what you put on before you blow dry. you can also get redken's all soft same there except that the serum is called velvet soft i believe i still can't remember the name of that one. If you wondering I do hair for a living and these are the two that i have personally used and know works.

  • Ouch!! You have to use products before you use a flat iron or you will damage your hair. I use a leave in conditioner, thema-milk and heat protectant...but everyone should use atleast some kind of heat protectant.

  • MAKE SURE YOU USE HEAT PROTECTOR EVERY TIME YOU USE straight iron!!!
    try any brand thay are pretty much alike, here are some : Iron guard from CHI or heat styler from MATRIX to name a few or at least use a drop of oil for hair like Biosilk from RUSK

  • If you have fine or thin hair do not use biosilk its to heavy . the best will be what i mentioned in my first answer.
