You can order it online or buy it from a local pharmacy. Many pharmacies are carrying their own brands (which are MUCH cheaper) of preceed these days.
The FIRST thing you need to do though (if you haven't already) is MAKE SURE that cervical mucus is an issue for you. The only thing preceed does is provide a good lubricant and PH to carry sperm to the egg. It in no way makes you more fertile or anything to that affect.
If you are not already charting cervical mucus and BBT...NOW would be the time. MAKE SURE you are ovulating (which can be determined by charting BBT), check your cervical fluid and see if you are producing plenty of fertile mucus during ovulation times, and make sure that your Luteal Phase is long enough.
ALL 3 of those things YOU CAN CHECK yourself without having to pay hundreds of dollars for a doctor to do it.
If CM is an issue...use preceed.
If your LP is short...take vitex.
