i gained over 80 lbs in my first pregnancy!! i know crazy! and i only lost 30 of them after i had my dd. shes 2 years old now. when she turned one i got pregnant again and during the pregnancy ( due to nausea) i lost 25 lbs.. and towards the end of the pregnancy i gained 30 in total ( so the 25lbs plus 5 lbs).. now my second dd is 3 weeks and i have lost the 30 lbs (yaay) LOL..
My questions is..
I need to lose the weight that i have gained with my first.. i have 30 lbs that i need to lose to get back to my pre-pregnanc-ies size..lol...
whats the best way to go about this..
i am trying to have smaller meals through out the day.. lots of water.. i drink two cups of coffee (to help me stay focused with the little sleep i get) and two cups of green tea.. plus like 4 cups of water..
snacks.. not doing too well! i have chocolate(ferrero rocher) i only have like two a day! i know that needs to stop..
any advice here..

My hubby just started a 90 Day Challenge and he is already seeing results. He has always struggled because he wouldn't stick with anything or it was to complicated. This Challenge is super easy, he just replaces 2 meals a day with the Nutrition Shakes(which taste like a milk shake not that yucky chalky taste they usually have). The great thing is it's not just for weight loss the shakes contain so much Nutrition that he wouldn't be getting otherwise :-). Check it out and let me know if you have any questions.
