do i still need to take pre caution?

i started birth control pill two weeks before im due to get my shot so i switched methods since im starting the pill before im do for my shot do i still need to use back up or am i still covered?

  • well. usually as far as I know, the shot works up until you need the next one. but to be on the safe side, yes take precaution!

  • I have no idea but I would use back up just to be sure. lol. I like the Vaginal Spermicidal Strips. Much better for spontaneity.

  • you are supposed to use back up for a month every time you switch methods just in case.
