How do I write a clear, concise but convincing letter?

DH & I are currently in a Chpt bankruptcy 13. We need a loan. Aside from the terms of the loan, we have to send a letter to our Trustee explaining why we need it. We can repay it fine, but the bank requires an approval letter from Trustee before they will proceed. I would love some pointers for writing a convincing letter. It's needed for dental work for DH, a new refrigerator/work done on ours, plumbing work on our house, catch up on mortgage & Christmas. DH was unemployed for almost 2 months and it caused us to get behind. If you have any pointers/examples please share them! Thanks in advance!

  • Stick to medical issues that need t be addressed and serious repairs to the plumbing system in the house. Stick to the important stuff. They don't care about your Christmas or appliances. Your best bet is to stick with the need for necessities. Medical and Home.
