  • It usually took my DS about a week or so to adjust. I just tried to move all his feeding and sleeping times by a few minutes (around 15 minutes give or take) a day until he was used to the new time. I always dreaded the time changes--still do.

  • My 11 year old is naturally an early riser. Always has been. He regularly gets up at 6:30 on weekends, as well as weekdays. He was up at 5:30 yesterday and today. It usually takes about a week for him.
