homemade mashed potatoes for sheppard's pie. skin on or off?

  • I was considering this today actually. I hate peeling potatoes. I say skin on. but it has to be good skin. Yukon golds-- not russets.

  • I agree with But_Mommie. you can leave the skin on with many different types of potatoes. I always take the easy way!
