Do you get the seasonal "blues?"

I do, usually after the hustle and bustle of Christmas when it is still dark and rainy.

  • My blues start when daylight saving time ends, and leave when it starts again in the spring. Dark at 4:50? WTF? I hate it!!!

  • I get the seasonal blues around Christmas till about early March. Although if I take my Sam E and Super B complex vitamin it's not as bad as before.
