  • My first daughter's father tried to kill me when I was 3 months pregnant. We were driving down the freeway arguing when he said he was going to make sure I died and jerked the wheel of the car. The car must have flipped like 3 or 4 times before wrapping around a tree. The cops and other emergency personal that came to the scene said they had no idea how I made it out alive, not a scratch on me, and that I had an angel watching over me. I still have nightmares about it and bad anxiety when I'm riding on a freeway.

  • As hard as surviving child abuse and sexual moelstation can be...nothing was harder than losing my middle son 13 days after he was born. He had a Congential Heart Defect. To me, nothing in this world is harder than burying your own child.

  • I was in an abusive relationship when I was 17. Got out of it, moved back home and went on with my life. Lived and Learned.
