  • We had homemade chicken nuggets, steak fries, and green salad with tomatoe, olives, onion, cucumber, shredded carrot, and most of us chopped up our nuggets and put them on top with croutons, shredded cheese and personal choice dressing.

My nuggets were made from breast meat cut into smaller cubes soaked in an eggwash then dipped into a mixture of panko & flour mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, poultry seasoning, and a chicken bouillion.

  • We went to a fundraiser meal - burgers & thick pork loin slices on buns, baked beans, chips, and pie. Nothing special but considering it was freewill donation...not bad. If we hadn't done that, it would have been ham slices on Cracker Barrel biscuits & apples.
