Do pre-natal Vitamins help concieve?

  • They won't make you more fertile, per se, but if your body isn't properly nourished, a pregnancy is less likely to stick and you're less likely to ovulate. It's definitely good to take them if you're TTC, so that you have the vitamins on board already when you conceive, because you won't know for a couple of weeks that you've conceived. Baby will take the nutrients he/she needs, but if you have them in your system already, it's easier for Baby to get them, and you don't get your stores depleted.

  • Yes. They make sure your body is properly nourished.
