  • With a body pillow! Or a pillow between your legs and laying only on your side.

  • A pillow between my legs. Laying on my side.

  • I had a pregnancy pillow but it helped best when I would lay on my side and lean backward slightly, onto a pillow.

  • We had to buy a Lazy Boy Recliner. That was the only way for me to get any sleep past my 4th month.

  • I am a tummy sleeper so it gets difficult as the pregnancy progresses, but I've learned how to lay on my side and tummy just enough that it's not painful or putting too much pressure on the baby. You could try an air mattress since it gives more than a regular mattress. Also, randomly, I've had a lot of success sleeping on my back in the early parts of this pregnancy. Good luck!

  • In a dark cold room with lots of pillows and a big fluffy blanket on the bed! For me at least lol

  • I sleep with a pillow between my legs but I feel like I have insomnia. I just cannot fall asleep. Ty for the ideas. I wonder what else might help. I still have 4 more months to go.
