cold water, cool compress, burn cream and keep it covered. if it blisteres, see a physician for some silvadene cream. Burns are notorious for infection so watch for drainage that is discolored yellow, beige, smelly. Have a doctor see infection for an antibiotic prescription. Keep it clean and covered. Som pain medicine (like tylenol, motrin - whatever you would take for a headache) will address your pain. stay away from heat (sun, not showers etc.) until you are healing.
