  • Last year we did a seafood boil, with crab legs, shell on shrimp, clams, mussels, sausages, veggies, white wine and chix stock. it was so yummy and fun to do something different! Served with a lot of the usual Christmas sides, rolls, mashers, gravy etc.
Thinking this year we might to a game bird, like a duck, goose, or pheasant... Or who knows maybe it will be a fondue or something instead!

  • Turkey or Prime Rib

  • Well, this year we are having a smoked turkey and a ham. I love prime rib, but MIL has a phobia of "uncooked" meat and I would never hear the end of it unless we ate something that resembled shoe leather.
