trying to lose baby weight, any healthy yet filling foods for dinner and snacks that you know of?

  • Try weight watchers. You can do it for just a short 3 months but it works wonders! My aunt has done it now for 4 months with NO exercise and she has lost 25 pounds! She looks amazing.

  • raw unsalted nuts are very brocolii soybeans carrotts bananas stuff like that our filling like cashews oh ps my friend is on weight watchers and followed it strickly and it didn't help her at all
