  • Google a recipe for easy meatloaf. And Dont worry it really is a easy meal! I always serve it with mashed potatoes and green beans!

  • For meatloaf all I had is either bread crumbs or cracker crumbs, salt ,pepper, eggs, some times diced peppers. I know you can even put a ketchup base of top. I even added once or twice bq sauce and even taco seasoning which is good. I have not made meatloaf in while cause my girls like the hormal kind that only takes 4 mins in microwave. Happy cooking.

  • 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef ( 80/20 )
I don't use eggs it has enough fat content
1/2 cup of parmesan grated cheese

  • I use ground turkey for mine:
Mix together: 1 pkg (about 1 lb) ground turkey, 1 egg, 1/3 cup chili sauce, 1/2 tsp salt
Add 1 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs - mix thoroughly
Optionally add 1/4 cup diced onion and/or 1/4 cup diced green pepper

Divide into 2 loafs and bake in a shallow baking pan (covered with foil & sprayed with cooking spray) for about 35-45 minutes at 375.
It's great with baked potatoes & peas.
