  • What's with the 'q's?
It never will be back to its original size per se. At least a month before it isn't stretched as much as right after birth

  • Really, it goes back within weeks. It is a very forgiving muscle. If you are worried, start doing Kegels. This will also help with bladder control that can be lost from pregnancy.

  • Think of spandex...you wear it, it stretches and then when you take it off, it shrinks back up.

  • Just do some kegel excercises by squeezing the floor muscles of your vagina, hold for 3 seconds, release and repeat as many times as you want. It's like when your trying to hold back pee til you make it to the bathroom. That helps to tighten you back up.

  • Normal? Your cervix will always tell if a baby came thru it. But it's a muscle thang and it all does starts to get back in place pretty soon. Walking, tummy stuff and lifting with kegels....helps get this back together.
