Trouble with kids eating vegetables?

I saw a question on this not too long ago and I recently came across this clip from Yo Gabba Gabba and my kids love it and actually request to eat vegetables because of it. Hopefully it will be helpful for others! :)

  • Never had problems. Only thing you are eventually eat them. My son took 4 years of keep offering broccoli before he finally likes it. I am that dedicated. (:

  • I chop veggies up really small and put them in things like shepards pie or meatloaf. My kids dont know and i even give them the chose of ketchup if they want it. Also you could have them watch veggie tales. They also sell pediasure or ensure and theyre really thick so i dilute it half with regular milk and half the pediasure and they think theyre drinking chocolate milk. Theyll love you for not making them eat yucky vegetables anymore. wink wink

  • I give my family Juice Plus gummies instead of synthetic vitamins. They give you17 servings of different fruits and veggies every day.
Thank you for posting the youtube info and sharing an option for parents. It's all about finding what will work with your and your kids.
