  • grandma had my aunt at 44 and she is still alive and kicking. as long as you are healthy. i also knew someone that starting having babies i believe 40. had three by the time she was 43. good luck!

  • Nope. I had my daughter at 36, so not much different. Anyone over 35 will be classified as 'high risk' by an OB, so there's more tests and genetic counselling one may have to go thru.

  • I don't think it is. I think whenever you are ready (no matter of age) as long as you can physically, mentally, emotionally, financially handle a child, go for it!!!!

  • No! I got pregnant at 36 and had my son at 37. I'm 40 and hope to start trying for our second next year.
