When I search for maternal fertility drop off, the site are very straight forward, the age around 40yrs. However, when I look up for the paternal fertility drop off, I get no answer. I understand that a guy is pretty much fertile his entire life. However, genetic value of his fertility (sperm quality) drops off somewhere between 40-50 (along with his sperm count).
Is this correct to assume for the average male? Sort of the same as the woman?
