  • Sometimes, I have a good cry. Sometimes, I take a Xanax. I also go for a walk, watch a movie or tv show. Play with my 6 yr old niece. Take a nap.

  • I just try to do the opposite of being sad just don't sit there and dwell on it it will drive you crazy. GL
    do things that make you smile, laugh and sing maybe shake that booty ;)

  • well, if i can get myself up and around i do a good workout. then a good long soak in the tub. after that i usually feel a lot better. but like tyfry, sometimes u just need a good cry

  • I think it depends, for me. Sometimes I eat --bad! Not a good idea. Sometimes I write or read or try to work on card making. And sometimes, there is nothing that's going to work except watching a tear jerker movie or listening to certain types of music --for me its old school country music --and having a big ol' boo hoo fest. I get it out of my system and I feel better.
