  • Most likely baby acne. Don't do anything - wash her with a warm wet soft cloth, but no soap, and no lotion. Don't pick or pinch at the spots. They'll go away on their own in a few days to a few weeks. Pretty much all babies get it when they're old is your baby? You didn't say - and if it's an older baby it would probably be something different - baby acne usually pops up in the first few weeks.

  • Little pimples most likely. I would call your doctor just in case it's a rash though.
